What is the difference in Monitoring Companies?
Typically, most alarm companies have a sales office but subcontract their monitoring to other national monitoring companies. At Central Electronic Alarm we have our own monitoring station in our offices in Portland, Oregon. We hire and train our own central station operators and control 100% of customer activity right here.
When you call into our monitoring station we know you by name. When we say "Security is a Family Matter" we mean it.
